EASYPCADVICE Delivery & Returns

Please find below details of our Delivery and Returns Policy. These policies are for deliveries and returns for items that have been sent out via our Online Store only.

For customers in the local area who have received software/hardware from the technician and there is a fault, please contact Easy PC Advice directly via email or phone.



All deliveries are via Royal Mail 1st Class Service. Orders are not tracked and generally take 1-3 days to reach customer from date of dispatch.

As we are still a relatively small business we are not able to keep high amounts of stock at our main office so if the product says 'Available' this just means that we do not have it in stock at our dispatch office but do have it in stock at our suppliers. Item is delivered as soon as it arrives at our office.


Returns Policy

Please notify us immediately via email at support@easypcadvice if you intend to return your item as an RMA number will be required. Returns within 7 days after the buyer receives the product as long as it is still sealed in its original packaging and has not been used or is not damaged in any way. Refunds will take up to 5 business days and will be paid back into your account.

If your item is damaged on receipt, please email support@easypcadvice.com within 7 days of receiving the product and leave your contact details. A technician will call you back to arrange returns and will provide an RMA number which must be clearly marked on the return package or a replacement cannot be sent out. Damaged items will be inspected on receipt and a replacement sent out within 2 business days.

Please ensure you obtain a free certificate of postage from the Post Office when returning your item as we cannot accept liability for returned goods we do not receive. It is your responsibility to ensure that your returned items are in appropriate protective packaging.

Please ensure your purchase is compatible with your PC and/or any other Software programmes or other equipment before purchase.

Easy PC Advice unfortunately cannot refund any charges encountered by the customer for returns.
